Inside to outside.
The same Atriafloor Super Titanium system we use indoors, in matching colours, so the floor carries through the doors without a change in material. The protective topcoat is UV-resistant and non-yellowing.
What we check first.
Outdoor surfaces work harder, so the Site Assessment looks at the substrate's condition and moisture, falls to drainage, exposure to sun and rain, thresholds at doors, and any existing waterproofing. On balconies over living space, the system goes over a compliant external membrane. Texture and slip resistance are chosen for the exposure and confirmed in your proposal.
Looking after it.
Sweep and wash with water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Outdoor topcoats see more sun and weather, so we inspect them at your 24-month check-up and re-seal when needed.
