About these terms
These Terms govern your use of the MicroLux Finishes website, including the Guide, the Seamless Home guide download, the price calculator, the website chat, our forms and the Project Fit Call booking tool. By using the website or submitting a form you agree to them. They do not form a contract for installation services — those terms are set out in your written proposal once your project has been assessed.

The Guide, the Seamless Home guide and other resources are general information only, not a substitute for a site-specific assessment or a written proposal.
Price calculator, chat and indicative information
Any price range, suitability indication or next step shown by the price calculator, the website chat, our forms or our content is general, non-binding, based only on the information you provide, and not a quote. Your fixed price is set out in a written proposal after a Site Assessment.
Project Fit Calls and Site Assessments
Booking a call or assessment creates no obligation on you or MicroLux to proceed. We may decline any enquiry or project that isn't a good fit, including for reasons of scope, location, timing or technical suitability. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, logos, the MicroLux name and branding, and downloadable resources, is owned by or licensed to MicroLux Finishes. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use only.
Accuracy
We take care to keep pricing indications, project examples and warranty information accurate, but finishes are applied by hand and outcomes vary; images are a guide to style and finish, not an exact representation of every project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MicroLux is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Once you engage us, our liability for the work is governed by your signed proposal.

We use third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel for booking, forms and chat; their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
