Where we sit in the program.

We come in once substrates are sound, dry and flat, services are roughed in, and the area is weathertight and clear of other wet trades. Our Site Assessment confirms moisture and substrate condition in writing before we lock a start date.

Fixed durations.

Durations are set in working days in the written proposal. Most bathrooms take 5–6 working days on site. Afterwards the area stays out of use for about a week while the sealer cures, then light use until full cure at around 30 days. We plan access and following trades around this from the start.

One point of responsibility.

Where a new waterproofing membrane is in scope, we install and certify it as part of one system. Where it's by others, we sight the membrane and its certificate before the finish goes on, and record it.

Documentation.

Site Assessment report, written proposal and program, daily photo updates, handover pack with care guide and warranties.

Insurance and team.

$20M public liability. Our own police-checked, White Card-certified installers, trained and certified in the Atria system.
