Both warranties transfer to a new owner if the home is sold.

- On time, in writing
- The on-time guarantee is measured against the dates in your signed proposal. The $250-per-working-day credit is deducted from your final invoice, or refunded if already paid.
- Delays outside our control
- Delays outside our control don’t count, including very cold days, which can slow curing by a day or two.
- Cleaner than we found it
- Raise it within 48 hours of handover and we’ll pay for a professional clean, up to $500.

- Nothing changes without your written approval.
