New build, Pascoe Vale

The brief

A new family home with young kids and a dog, so the floor had to handle daily wear as well as look seamless. Other flooring companies had already been out. None had moisture-tested the slab, discussed the threshold at the back door, or measured the space themselves; they showed colours and priced from the owner's own measurements. Our Site Assessment covered all three. Samples were made in his chosen colour and approved before we started, and the floor was finished in 7 working days.
